Shipping and Return Policy
Gold Standard Advocates, Inc. (“Gold Standard” or “we”) usually ships in-stock items purchased through the site www.specialeducationadvisor.com (which collectively with any other domain names that redirect thereto or similar Websites controlled by us that directs thereto, the “Site”) within two (2) business days (not including the transportation time from our warehouse to your delivery address). If an item is out of stock, please allow up to ten (10) business days for your item(s) to ship. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide you with the opportunity to cancel your order within 72 hours.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to view the shipping status.
We only ship to the United States at this time.
You may return, for a full refund (less shipping) all items purchased from us, except for digital content such as eBooks (“Digital Content”), for any reason within fifteen (15) days of the date you receive your item. You may exchange any item, except for Digital Content, within thirty (30) days of the date you receive your item only if the item is unused. All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer for return and exchanges, and are not refundable. We suggest that you insure your return package as we are not responsible for damage done to your package by a third-party carrier.
For clarification, Digital Content cannot be returned or exchanged.
