Clark County School District is the 5th largest school district in the country and covers 7,910 square miles. Clark County services Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City and Mesquite. As well as, certain areas of Laughlin, Blue Diamond, Logandale, Bunkerville, Goodsprings, Indian Springs, Mount Charleston, Moapa, Searchlight, and Sandy Valley. There are 352 schools in the district with a total of 309,476 students. The district has 213 Elementary Schools, 59 Middle Schools, 48 High Schools, 24 Alternative Schools and 8 Special Schools. Ten percent of the students in Clark County School District have an IEP.
